Job description: Job title - HR Advisor
Location - Camden
Contract - Permanent
Salary - £32,000
Hours - Full Time 35

Our Client are looking for an experienced HR advisor to provide advice and support to Managers and staff at all levels on performance management, absence management, grievance, disciplinary processes in line with policies & procedures using in depth employment law knowledge and good practice. You will coach your managers to help them inspire their teams and achieve optimal performance. Candidates must be able to present clear and persuasive advice using excellent communication skills as well as being able to showcase a proven track record of driving and delivering change within a diverse organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*You will provide a high quality proactive HR service to the business.
*You will deliver the relevant 'People' elements of the company's plan.
*You will identify patterns, trends, solutions and improvements from a wide range of sources and continually seek to improve HR KPIs that you produce.
*You will build and maintain effective working relationships with managers
*You will deliver training, influence, coach and guide managers on the full range of HR policies, processes and practices.
*You will ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness, with particular regard, but not limited to: payroll, other employee data, maintaining appropriate documentation and HR reporting.

The Ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following:

*Complex sickness absence cases through to capability dismissal and ill health retirement and long term sick case management.
*Complex case management to include disciplinary and grievances investigation. Production of reports and all associated paperwork. Also experience of supporting at formal meetings in the HR Adviser role to chair/head of meeting.
*HR metrics and reports - sound knowledge of collating relevant HR data and presenting in reports.
*Employment legislation and advice to managers, staff etc.
*Ability to become involved in TUPE and staff restructures
