Job description: Job title - HR Advisor
Location - Nottingham but home working
Contract - Temp (3 Months potentially longer)
Hours - 30 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly over either 4 days or hours split over 5 days
Start Date - ASAP

Reporting to the HR Business Partner with responsibility for the delivery of a professional, customer focused day to day operational HR service to defined business areas. Support the HR Business Partner in identifying areas where HR can add value and apply best practice standards, ensuring that HR is recognised as an integral business resource. Ensure that the principles of key business strategies and values, including Value For Money, Customer Focus, Equality and Diversity and Continuous Improvement are embedded into the delivery of a consistent and responsive HR service.

Experience Required -

*Experience of sick absence management and a background knowledge on HR casework such as grievance and disciplinarians
*Dealing with complex employee relations issues, including successfully leading on consultation and negotiation
*Experience of delivering effective HR services to deadlines in an operational context
*Evidenced experience of advising senior managers and other customers on complex HR issues
