Job description: Job Title - HR Integration Administration Support
Contract Term - FTC 12 Months
Location - Southgate, London
Salary - Salary £22,000 to £25,000 plus benefits

My client are looking for a HR Integration Administration Support to join their team on a full time basis for 12 month based at their main London offices
This role will focus on providing administrative and governance support for the implementation of Integration and change management activities.
Reporting to the Head of HR Integration, the person in this post will become a part of the merger implementation project team, their activity will be guided by and reported to this team.

Main accountabilities -

- Coordination of paperwork and communication to support activity and governance for integration initiatives
- Supports the activity of HR Business Partners and Recruitment Business Partners in the delivery of re-organisation and change programmes
- Maintains integration documentation including plans and risk registers, highlighting and escalating issues appropriately
- Monitors dependencies, highlighting risks and issues to the Head of HR Integration Lead
- Ensures completion and co-ordination of required letters and communication to support the implementation of HR change and re-organisation
- Monitors progress and updates documents and regular progress reporting.
- Communicates clearly through a range of channels, recognising and adapting to stakeholder preferences

Key experience and qualifications required -

- Knowledge and experience in HR and/or change management administration ideally from an HR generalist or change management role
- Experience of supporting the delivery of people change initiatives
- Proven ability to provide accurate data and reports
- Able to communicate with people at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative and escalate issues quickly
- Highly adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and new situations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines whilst providing accurate work with a high attention to detail
- Experience of involvement in project delivery
- A pro-active, participative and flexible approach to problem solving, taking the initiative by evaluating, making suggestions and generating new ideas to improve processes
