Job description: Job title - HR Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner
Location - Seaham, SR7
Contract - Temporary ongoing - minimum 3 months
Hours - Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday between the opening hours 9 AM and 5 PM
Start Date: ASAP

To provide a learning and organizational development service to managers and employees including creating learning and development plans, policies and designing development activities including the design and delivery of bespoke in-house training. To identify, lead and/or support organisational and team development projects and activities and HR service projects and initiatives where required.

The Ideal candidate will:

*Learning and development analysis, design, delivery and evaluation across an organisation.
*Working as a business partner to design learning and organizational development activity which enhances service provision.
*Co-ordination and administration of company-wide training events/conferences.
*Designing and delivering successful bespoke learning and development activities.
*Knowledge of current best practice regarding learning and organizational development
