Job description: Are you looking for a role in Human resources? Do you have previous organisational development experience? Would you be interested in a temporary role with the NHS?

I am looking for a recruitment manager for a large NHS Trust in the East Riding area. The role would be for an initial 3 month period, working 37.5 hours per week, 09:00-15:00, Monday to Friday. ASAP starts are available.

This placement will involve working directly in support of the Director of Human Resources and Diversity and the Head of Operational Transformation.

Job description:
*To lead all aspects of communicating the aims of the people and organisational development strategies across the Trust
*To facilitate effective relationships and partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
*To lead the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies, working across the Trust to support the management of change to achieve the delivery of the organisation's strategic and operational plans.
*HR/Trust representative at local and regional meetings for organisational development
*Key to this role is the facilitation of organisational change in line with national and Trust wide strategic objectives through coaching, mentoring, educating and facilitation and development interventions for managers, teams and staff at all levels within the organisation.
*To work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes are in place to improve staff engagement.
*To support the formation of a change team pulling together different disciplines (HR, IT, communications, finance, operational transformation, Project Management Office) to co-ordinate and facilitate transformation programmes.

-In depth understanding of NHS, organisational development, change management and developing organisational structure
-Knowledge of strategic policy and planning
-Previous organisational development experience
-educated to masters level in organisational development or equivalent professional knowledge
