HR Officer - Southwark

Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a HR Officer based in Southwark, London. This is a part time position for 18 hours a week but this is flexible. The role is currently on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months with the potential to be ongoing.

This role is working alongside other services offering development to social workers.

We are looking for a candidate that has hands-on experience of managing various cases relating to social work. You should have basic knowledge, skills and experience of social work and social work education. You must be very people focused and used to liaising with Managers of all levels (up to Board Member). Good working knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in conducting training needs analysis and keeping managers updated with changes and developments.
