Job description: We are in need of a HR/Recruitment Manager in (LOCATION)

We need a confident, organised and intelligent individual with proven capability in a human resources/ recruitment management role and is ready for an upward move in their career. They should be capable of meeting deadlines and using their skills to the best of their abilities. Candidates should be comfortable and confident fulfilling a wide range of tasks including management, event organisation and also dealing in a professional and thoughtful manner with troubled employees.

Grade: Band 6 HR manager
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5 (37.5 Hours)
Location: Cottingham, Hull
Salary: Equivalent to 34,212 - 36,855
HR/ Recruitment Manager responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the recruitment team

-Implementation of the HR strategies and policies such as value based recruitment.

-Run targeted recruitment campaigns for every department based on organisational and individual needs.

-Keeping the HR team and line managers up to date on best practice and changes in legislation related to recruitment and human resources.

-Ensuring that new starters are fully trained and prepared before entering a role. For both personnel and patient safety.

-Develop the recruitment service in a way that supports the trusts objectives.

-Follow a hiring program of responsive recruitment, resourcing and employment service function.

-Write reports and analyse data and communicate this data to directors and line managers professionally and effectively, both in boardroom presentations and on the shop floor.
