Job description: I am currently recruiting for several administrators to work in my clients Allocations Hub team based in Bromley.

This role is initially for 3 months with the possibility to continue further. Candidates applying for this role must have an enhanced DBS to be considered.

As a Hub Administrator, your role will be supporting operational functions of the business by interfacing with the Operations Team and internal as well as external colleagues across a multitude of customer centric business tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Update and maintain offender information on relevant approved databases, spreadsheets and paper systems when required.
* Communicate with partnership agencies to obtain information as part of standard processes
* Dealing with queries as appropriate on email or telephone

Candidates should have good MS Office skills (MS Word and MS Excel). You will have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to a wide range of individuals including offenders. You must be able to work on your own initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines. You must be someone who can work flexibly and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.
