Job description: Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Location: London, SE1
Contract: Permanent

About the role
Are you looking for a challenge?
Are you dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships?
My client are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Generalist) to work with the Head of People and be part of a team of HR experts providing specialist services in their roles.
The HR Business Partner will:-

*Collaboratively work and partner with the business to proactively identify and solve issues
*Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
*Work closely with leaders, managers and unions to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
*Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
*Provide formal and informal coaching to stakeholders at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
*Manage the people impact of organisational change projects aligned to the business

The successful candidate will be the lead person on all employee relations, operations and systems matters, using internal and external insight to provide outstanding customer service to our leaders, people managers and our people.
The HR Business Partner will also work closely with the Head of People in bringing evidence-based practice into the organisation including role modelling great personal and team leadership as well as lead and manage two HR Advisors.

About you
The ideal candidate will have:
*A CIPD qualification at Level 7 or equivalent
*Demonstrable experience of Human Resources Business partnering
*Proven track record of managing organisational change and developing and implementing policies and procedures
*Ability to build relationships and influence leaders to bring about change
*Substantial experience of employee relations and case management
