Job description: Income Assistant, Coventry
An Assistant Income Officer vacancy has arisen for a large housing association based in Coventry. The company is looking for a candidate with previous Income Recovery experience, ideally within a contact centre setting, to assist in the recovery of income from rental properties. Experience of Active-H Software will be very beneficial in your application.

The Role:
In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:
-Answering and responding to calls, emails and letters with regards to income recovery
-Ensuring cases are progressed effectively, payment plants are agreed and payments are collected
-Providing advice and guidance to customers on the debt collection process.
-Proactively make calls, carry out financial activity, including taking payments and setting up payment plans
-Identify vulnerable customers, particularly those who would benefit from alternative payment arrangements.

The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will require experience of working in an income recovery contact centre, or at least strong customer service experience within a financial or social-housing setting.

The Contract:
This is an initial two-month contract with a high possibility of being extended.
The hours are full time, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
