Job description: Income Officer , Oldham.

Temp Contract!

Essential Experience:

* Understanding of issues faced by social housing tenants or experience of customer services.
* Knowledge of Income Recovery.
* Experience of using Microsoft packages.
*General Housing Officer experience would also be ok.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

To provide a service across the organisation to support the Incomes and Systems Manager and Service Charge Accountant in ensuring the accurate calculation and billing of rents and the charging for services for tenants, leaseholders and commercial properties. To be the first point of contact for service charge queries and complaints. To ensure the utility accounts are paid. To support the Incomes & Systems Manager regarding the production of rent reports and the billing and recovery of non-rental income. To support the Incomes and System Manager in ensuring accurate performance account activity.
