Job description: Interim Communications Manager (Housing), London (SE1)
An opportunity has become available for a communications manager to join a large Housing Association within Central London, to focus on promoting new homes for sale.

The Role
In this position your main responsibilities will be:
-To develop and deliver a PR and communications strategy for the private sale element of the Groups private development company Latimer, that creates awareness and brand recognition of Latimer in the market place.
-To develop and deliver PR plans for individual private sale schemes across a range of channels that drive interest, customer enquiries and sales.
-To ensure effective metrics are built in to all activities to measure success.
-To maximise relationships with key property journalists.
-To maximise coverage across regional, national and consumer media
-To develop and create content for the Latimer website
-To provide advice and input to the appointment of a PR Agency
-To work with the Communications team to ensure corporate value is derived from Sales communications.
-Deliver projects on time and within budget

The Candidate
-Excellent understanding of the residential property sector
-Proven track record in developing and delivering communications that drive sales.
-Excellent relationships with key property journalists
-Excellent writing skills across a range of channels
-Proven ability to hit the ground running
-At least 1 year experience in residential property.

The Contract
This vacancy is a full-time role, working hours: 36 hours Monday-Friday 9-5 (flexible) for an initial 3 months with a chance of extension.
