Job description: SCS are looking for a Interim Ward Manager to work within an Eating Disorders Unit within a large Mental Health Hospital based in Stapleton, Bristol. with the chance to be taken on permanently after 3 months. You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin to apply.
Salary - £35,880.25
Hours - Full-time - £28 ph Ltd - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse / RNLD with previous healthcare management experience with the addition of specialist knowledge in working with eating disorders? Are you wanting a role within the largest branch of mental health hospitals in the country? Then this is the role for you!!
The hospital consists of 86 beds across 8 specialist wards, eating disorders, Acute Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, CAHMs Tier 4, CHAMHs PICU, Huntington's and Dementia. The unit you will be managing holds 12 beds hosting patients with a range of severities in eating disorders.
The shifts do have some flexibility to match your travel arrangements and although we would prefer someone who is outstanding in both areas of management and eating disorders, we are able to be flexible here.

*To work autonomously as well to be able to manage your team competently
*Sound communication Skills
* To manage in a fast paced environment
Requirements
*Previous management experience (Ward Setting)
*Previous experience in dealing with eating disorders
*Preferable to have some experience in Nasogastric intubation
*Registered RMN/RNLD
