Job description: Internal Communications Manager, London (W2)
A large housing association are recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager to join their team and delivery internal and change communication throughout the group.

The Role
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Managing and delivering internal and change communication, ensuring employees are well-informed
Providing internal communications advice and support to key business areas
Plan, manager and delivery a range of high quality communications projects and campaigns, in line with budgets and timescales
Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines
Monitor and review the performance of internal communication officers

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will require significant experience in planning, managing and delivering internal and change communications within a large organisation, in particular, experience in the following areas will be beneficial:
-Programme planning
-News and channels management
-Creative campaigns
-Internal social media
-Publications
-Developing briefs, plans, policies and procedures
-Even management

The Contract
Initially this is a 6 week contract to cover the recruitment process for a permanent member of staff, therefore there is a good chance of the role becoming permanent.
