Job description: An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful Invoicing Administration team within an NHS service in Aylesbury.

Job Title: Invoice Administrator
Duration: Up to 2 Months
Hours: 37.5 Hours PW
Location: High Wycombe

Brief description of role:

*Processing Invoices
*Updated Broadcare
*Passing invoices for payment
*Liaison with the clinical staff in order to help packages to be sorted so that invoices can be paid
*Chasing unpaid invoices

Essential skills:

*Good written and verbal / communication
*Good organisational skills
*IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
*Ability to liaise with all professions and levels in a confident and effective manner
*Good level of general education
*English and Mathematics
*grade A-C or equivalent Word processing experience
*Ability to prioritise own workload
*Excellent telephone skills
*Good understanding of the General Data Protection Act
*Good communication skills with an empathetic approach
Desirable skills:

*PowerPoint Skills
*NVQ Level 2 in Admin
*Desire to attend courses relating to role, as appropriate.
*Experience of digital dictation systems and software
*NHS experience
