Job description: IT Application Trainer - London
One of Britain's largest Housing Associations is recruiting for two IT Application Trainers to work from their head office in London Bridge and deliver ICT Training to their internal ICT user base.

The Role
*Design and deliver ICT Training to The Hyde Group's internal ICT user base.
*Provide expert training support in Northgate Housing Management system and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and for other applications as required including, but not limited to: Keystone & Liberty
*Hold accountability for creating, implementing and evaluating software training solutions for The Hyde Group, ensuring it is tailored, fit-for purpose, and effective.
*Manage and publish a training schedule that is tailored and robust in effectiveness.
*Work with the central Learning and Development Team to ensure the agreed training programmes are fully implemented that all materials and processes are consistent with the company wide training strategy.
*Liaise and negotiate with business service users to ensure that classroom training is targeted in the required areas and delivered as required.
*Undertake and provide evaluation on all training interventions.
*Develop and deliver floor-walking sessions providing proactive one to one application training support where needed.
*The role requires travelling to other offices on a regular basis (Peterborough, Kent, Brighton, Chichester and London), and there may also be a requirement to stay away from home overnight during training roll-outs.

The Candidate
To be considered for the role, you will require experience of training Northgate Housing Version 6, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Keystone, and Electronic Document Management, as you will be responsible for course creation and producing all associated training materials. You will ideally be qualified with the Institute of IT Trainers certification or an equivalent training qualification, though sufficient experience will also be suitable.
As you will be carrying out training, you will need experience of creating eLearning and have extensive knowledge of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems, and possess excellent communication skills.

The Package
These are both permanent vacancies, offering a salary of £28,900-£34,960, as well as a number of substantial Core benefits including an impressive Pension Scheme.
Standard working hours are 9-5, but flexibility may sometimes be required.
