Job description: Job Title: IT CRM Developer
Work and Interview Location: Wembley, HA9
Salary: £64,342
Contract Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 35 Hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is recruiting for a IT CRM Developer on a permanent contract to come in and work closely with their CRM Project Team and larger IT department to ensure they are maintaining their Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and support the delivery of their new features.

You will work with a number of teams - the development CRM team, the BAU teams like their IT Service Desk and infrastructure teams to support their D365 solutions and support testing of new solutions and features and ensure you work to build a robust, stable and scalable CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

*Work with CRM Project Delivery team to understand current solution support delivery of new features
*Collaborate with CRM Project Team to develop support materials and technical documentation to be shared with support teams
*Closely collaborate with Head of Infrastructure, Head of Business Operations and CRM Product Owner
*Support the D365 solutions based on agreed functional specifications.
*Participate in upgrade activities
*Verify items delivered by the development team meet requirements of and adheres to internal quality standards and coding best practice
*Leading acceptation and transition new solutions to BAU service; conduct code reviews with Project team
Essential Criteria

*To be successful, you will ideally have had experience of using Northgate Housing. It would be amazing if you have had experience using Scribe. You will have had some exposure to and have worked in the social housing sector with solid experience in SQL.
*Proficiency in related technologies on the Microsoft Stack -Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint
*Previous experience in an ITIL compliant support environment
*Proven experience of leading a development team using the following technologies:
oMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Online
o.Net / C#
oWCF / SOAP Web Services
*Experience working as a developer on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
*1st line and 2nd line of CRM system Support experience
