Job description: Urgent cover needed for a IT Helpdesk Support Analyst, within a Drug & Alcohol Service!

Based in Durham, 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, on-going contract.

On a day-to-day basis you will be;

Supporting the IT Services team to ensure that IT Provision across the service meets all agreed KPIs by acting as the first point of contact
To provide telephone and in-person support to customers, ensuring that good customer service is delivered throughout.
To ensure that all work is logged and documented using appropriate resources.
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

Essential Requirements;

Experience in the IT field.
Current DBS

***£12 per hour***
