Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a temporary IT Project Support Officer to work an agency contract within the NHS in Lewes.

Full time hours Monday to Friday 9-5. There will be chance for home working but must be able to travel to the base in Lewes.

Pay- £18.00Ltd (paid via an umbrella as the role is in IR35) £14.63PAYE an hour.

Job Summary
The post holder will be required to assist with and provide administration support for the development and implementation of projects across the digital strategy areas that deliver the strategic objectives for share care records, including local and national priorities.

The post holder will be responsible for managing agreed smaller developments that contribute directly to the digital strategy or relevant wider objectives.

The role will involve effective diary management, through the co-ordination and arrangement of meetings, taking and write-up of minutes, making appropriate meeting room bookings, and ensuring relevant papers are co-ordinated in terms of collation, circulation and printing in a timely manner.

Duties
To provide and receive complex information relating to services within the programme areas and across the digital strategy themes.

To create and present complex, sensitive or contentious information to key stakeholders in a formal setting on service developments and pathways through workshops, events and stakeholder meetings; ensuring presentation of information is adapted to audience needs.

Persuasive, motivational, negotiating or re-assurance skills may be required because the post holder is seeking agreement or cooperation or because there are barriers to understanding.

To effectively communicate and co-ordinate all meeting requirements including dates, times, venues, directions and the outputs of the meetings including taking the minutes.

Monitor deadlines and ensure any follow-up actions from minutes are undertaken prior to the next meeting.

To support and facilitate discussions to encourage creative thinking, identifying options and developing methods to test and promote new ways of delivering care.
Understanding of the principles of change management and modernisation.

Experience of project management support, and development and implementation of service change. Experience of supporting or co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.

Experience of working with services provided by the Local Authority, Adult Social Care, NHS, voluntary and/or independent sector.

Knowledge of health and social care services and delivery.

The ability to analyse and interpret complex service facts and situations; making judgements on a range of options and providing recommendations on approaches or actions required.

Support the Programme Manager and Project Managers in policy interpretation and service development.

To analyse and interpret key complex information relating to the services provision and business case development; providing recommendations on approaches or actions required.
