Job description: I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to work in East Sussex.

This role does fall inside IR35 and is initially for 3 months.

This is a varied and interesting role and my client are looking for a team player who can work as part of a small team of Technical Support analysts. This is a customer facing role, therefore the applicant will require strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience of working in a Service Desk environment providing 1st and 2nd line support is essential. The role requires knowledge of a wide range of Software and Hardware solutions including MS Windows
desktop products, laptop and PC hardware, printers, telephony and other peripherals. Knowledge of any Local Government application software would be an advantage.
