Job description: Grade: Admin Band 4, for a IT Technician
Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hours a week)
Start date: ASAP

Setup & Support of Total Mobile users
Initial triage of connectivity / access to Total Mobile by iPad & mobile phone users
Support for Trust VOIP telephone issues

Total Mobile:
*Configuration and activation of new user accounts on Total Mobile portal
*Linkage of new accounts to RiO user accounts
*Users unable to log into Total Mobile - password resets
*Initial investigation of Total Mobile app related issues such as non-synchronisation of visits
*Initial triage of reported connectivity issues with escalation to IT Help Desk if required
*Escalation of such issues to Total Mobile Service Desk
*Creation and maintenance of knowledge base document / FAQs for users
*Support for testing - account creation, appointment creation in test environments
*Configure our Cisco Call Manager to make changes to directory numbers, devices, call flow etc either as part of small scale project work or problem resolution
*To liaise with BCHC staff to identify, advise and resolve problems and process new configuration requests
*Escalate issues and liaise with third party suppliers to assist with problem resolution
*Be willing to travel to various Trust sites to assist with problem resolution
*Maintain all VoIP operational documentation when changes are made
