Job description: If you have experience of Learning and Development analysis, design, delivery and evaluation across an organisation, then I have an excellent opportunity with a large housing association in the North East.

I am currently recruiting Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner to work on a Permanent basis for a client based in Seaham. For this role, we are looking for a candidate to provide a learning and organisational development service to managers and employees including creating learning and development plans, policies and designing development activities including the design and delivery of bespoke in-house training. You will also be responsible for identifying, leading and/or supporting organisational and team development projects and activities and HR service projects and initiatives where required.

Experience required

*Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject and/or CIPD equivalent level qualification and membership.
*Co-ordination and administration of company-wide training events/conferences.
*Working as a business partner to design learning and organisational development activity which enhances service provision.
*Learning and development analysis, design, delivery and evaluation across an organisation.
*Ability to organise and project manage training events and programmes, which may involve both internal and external customers.
*Proven facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills.
*Knowledge of current best practice regarding learning and organisational development
