A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Polish-Speaking Legal Secretary to join the Property Department of an award-winning firm based in Leicestershire.

The Firm:

This award-winning firm have a number of offices around the country and are looking to expand their increasingly successful team, focusing on their growing Property team at their Leicestershire branch.

The Role:

In supporting the Fee Earners in this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

*Liaising with clients and dealing with any enquiries both over the phone and in person (the majority of the clients may be native Polish speakers)
*Reviewing and updating files to ensure they are up-to-date
*Preparing outgoing and incoming mail
*General administrative duties including; scanning and filing

The Candidate:
Experience required;
*Fluent Polish Speaker
*At least 1 year experience working as a Legal Secretary
*Experience working within Property (desirable but not essential)
*Good organisational skills and time management
