This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join an award-winning firm based in Staffordshire. The firm, who are well renowned throughout the Midlands, are looking to recruit due to expansion and are therefore seeking the employment of a dynamic Legal Secretary to help with the workload around the Wills and Probate department. The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated and willing to use their own initiative but is also an effective team-player.

In supporting the Wills & Probate team in this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
*Transcribing and preparing documents through audio-typing and word processing
* Scanning, filling and photocopying duties
*Operating a case management system
*Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining diaries

Experience required;
*At least 2 years' experience working within a Legal Secretary role (ideally within a Wills & Probate Department)
*Audio/copy typing skills
*Good organisational skills and time management
