Job description: Lettings Administrator, Bromley
A large housing association are recruiting for an Available Homes Administrator to actively contribute in the operational delivery of letting void properties throughout the South London region through the effective administration of vacant properties, through effective administration and support to deliver efficient and effective service.

The Role
The focus of the role is to minimise void properties in your portfolio - specific duties include:
*Completing tenancy paperwork such as preparing the tenancy agreement, sourcing EPC form from the internet, coordinating compliancy documents.
*Ensuring correct documents are sent to tenant ahead of sign up such as T&Cs, Direct Debit Form, Right to Rent Check etc.
*Sending out tenancy agreement to tenant after account set up
*Preparing property packs for advert
*Placing adverts on Choice Based Lettings Website
*Ordering paint packs
*Inputting CORE forms
*Undertake indexing of documents on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
*Delivery of the operation requirements identified by the Available Homes Manager.
*Developing and maintaining excellent collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders.
*Gain a clear understanding of available homes administration requirements and how to effectively do the items as listed in key responsibilities

The Candidate
To be considered for the role, you will require the following skills and experience:
*Have strong administration experience - voids and lettings experience a distinct advantage
*Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be highly beneficial
*Handle several tasks at once and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for team working.
*Experience in using IT systems which support the delivery of an efficient and effective service.
*Show an understanding of KPIs and how to work well individually and with others to achieve targets
*Be a proven confident, team player with experience of working with multi-disciplined teams.

The Contract
This is a full time role, working 36 hours per week, on a temporary contract running until mid-January, initially, though there is a strong chance of being extended.
