Job description: Role: Lettings and Commercial Administrator
Location: Bethnal Green, E2
Work pattern: 35 hrs - Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Start date: ASAP
End date: Permanent

I have an opportunity for a Lettings and Commercial Administrator to join a great housing association. I'm looking a great candidate with suitable previous experience whom shares the same values as the company and can help them achieve their vision of creating places for people to call home and support them to live well. The purpose of the role will be to provide a comprehensive day to day administration service, data entry support and to provide an excellent customer service to a range of customers and external contracts. Excellent benefits include a competitive salary, 28 days annual plus bank holidays and an excellent pension plan.

Key Responsibilities
*You will assist the lettings team with booking viewings and diary management.
*You will review marketing material and ensure the website and printed media are accurate and up to date.
*To provide administrative support across the team including photocopying, filing, minute taking, assisting in preparation of standard documentation, data entry and correspondence plus any other general duties as required.
*To assist in the production, issue and collation of resident satisfaction surveys, rent and service charge information and other relevant information.
*To record and distribute all official complaints, MPs enquiries and councillor enquiries, monitor replies, ensuring appropriate action is taken to prevent deadlines being missed.
*To liaise with relevant staff regarding repairs, alterations and removals.

Experience/Qualification:
*Experience working within a lettings or a housing environment.
*Experience of providing a comprehensive administration service.
*Excellent IT skills including being proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Experience working within a team to achieve high performance targets.
