Job description: Lettings Coordinator, Ealing
A large housing association in London are recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to cover a busy patch in Ealing.

The Role
The key responsibilities of this vacancy are to:
-Allocate and offer homes in accordance with the Housing Association's policies and procedures.
-Organise and attend accompanied viewings for all prospective tenants.
-Assess potential tenants in terms of suitability and affordability.
-Reject potential tenants where a clear risk is identified (in terms of suitability and affordability).
-Prepare all paperwork and conduct the tenancy sign-up meeting in accordance with the Housing Association's policies and procedures.
-Maintain accurate records and database information for all aspects of the void process.
-Respond appropriately to all customer enquiries relating to the void and lettings process.
-Establish and develop effective working relationships with any Local Authorities that the Housing Association's operate in.

The Candidate
To be successful within this position it is essential that you have previous experience in Lettings Coordination - ideally for a housing association or local authority, but private lettings experience may be considered. You will also require a basic DBS.

The Contract
This is an initial 6 week contract, but is likely to be extended - the role is full time, working 35 hours per week, between Monday and Friday.

Important Information
Applications will close on Friday 23rd February and Interviews will be held on Wednesday 28th, so you must be free on this day and be able to start the following Monday - the 5th March.
