Job description: Low Cost Home Ownership Sales Executive - South East London

I am currently recruiting for a Low Cost Home Ownership Sales Executive based in South East London. You will also be required to travel to Portsmouth as and when required. This is a 36 hour week role working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

You must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. Mileage will be paid.

We are looking for a candidate that understands the allocation process around LCHO sales, what shared ownership is and the restrictions the product imposes. This patch does involve travel across the whole of the South/SE of England albeit not on a daily basis but can be once a week to conduct viewings/site meetings.

We are interested in people who have previous experience of property sales (whether that be in the low cost home ownership sector or the private sector), ie. meeting potential buyers on site, conducting property viewings, dealing with applications and securing sales/taking reservations, whether that comes from having worked for an estate agent or a sales agent in the private sector, or from working in a sales team for a housing provider.

Experience and Pre Qualifications:

Experience of the sales and marketing process.
A good knowledge of low cost home ownership.
Experience of working with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, developers and agents.
Experience of working with both internal and external parties in relation to sales set-up.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences.
Experience of meeting short and longer term sales related deadlines.
Strong customer service skills and has personal integrity and credibility and a proven ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues.
Candidate will need to be flexible (Travelling to sites).
Excellent customer service experience.
Experience of working within a housing association.
Candidates would be expected to cover, based on the existing pipeline and number of people within the team this could be in the region of around 80+ properties.
Another large part of the work will involve taking sales calls and answering sales emails on behalf of the team. Logging leads and identifying where they came from to help inform the team for future marketing.
