Job description: I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer for a full time position I have in Luton.

This is a static role working with a well-respected Organisation in the area. As such you do not need to drive in this post.

The Role.

We are looking to offer a position for an experience Maintenance Officer / Multi Trade Worker / handyman to work in an accommodation block just off Luton Hospital. The service offers overnight accommodation for Key Workers, Hospital staff etc as a resting place.

As the Maintenance Officer you will take on a wide range of task making sure the building and suites are looked After. It is a varied job and as such you will take on typical tasks such as Joinery Work, Painting and Decorating, fixing, hanging, replacing Doors, Cupboards, basic plumbing repairs to leaks, etc.



What you will need to apply

Experience of working on Multi Trade Projects.
*Recognised trade Qualification - NVQ, C&G etc.
*Good Organisation and Communication skills.
*Be happy for us to carry out a DBS check.
