Job description: Role: Maintenance Planner
Location: Solihul, Birmingham,
Work pattern: Fulltime - 37 hours, Mon-Fri,
Start date: ASAP
End date: Ongoing 6 month contract

I'm looking for a repairs planner to work for a housing association on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of responsive works through their Dynamic Resource Scheduling System (DRS) for a number of different trade persons. I'm looking for somebody who has previous experience within a similar role or customer service call centre. You will provide an excellent customer service over the phone and as such excellent communication is required.
Key Responsibilities
*You will be responsible for scheduling appointments with suitable operatives.
*Proactively manage work orders using IT systems, ensuring that complex orders are managed.
*Effectively communicate with client and customer queries, providing guidance to assist them and resolving repairs issues.
*Undertake data entry tasks as required as well as ensuring that the appointment scheduling system is accurately maintained and managed.
*To meet KPI performance targets and customer satisfaction targets for the service area.

*Experience of diagnosing and logging repairs in a similar role.
*Experience of working within a customer service department.
*Thorough knowledge of IT applications including work scheduling systems.
*Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
*Experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing and resolving enquiries and complaints.
