Our client, a housing association based in Sevenoaks are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team. This is on a permanent basis - £38,745 per annum.

The main purpose of the role is to:

• Carry out inspections, identify appropriate remedial works including damp inspections and inspections following reports of disrepair.
• Carry out health and safety inspections to ensure our contractors comply with safe working practices and need to be familiar with CDM Regulations.
• Liaise with specialists and insurers as require on structural works and remediation works.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

• Previous experience as a Surveyor in a maintenance environment, you will have covered Damp inspections and ideally structural and remedial works.
