Job description: Role: Management Accountant
Location: Bethnal Green, E2 0TA moving to Camden, NW1 in October 2019
Work pattern: 35 hrs, Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Start date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent

I'm looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join a large housing organisation committed to improving the quality of their customers lives. As a management accountant you will produce monthly management accounts and all associated numerical outputs and schedules required. You will also be responsible for the accurate production of all Repairs and Maintenance related transactions and as such experience working within a similar repairs and maintenance environment will be needed. Key Responsibilities
*You will ensure accurate production of repairs and maintenance related transactions.
*You will prepare monthly preparation balance sheet reconciliations.
*Yu will load all approved budgets and forecast in to the finance system.
*You will assist in the maintenance and improvement of all financial systems and policies.
*You will undertake other financial administration as required.
*You will ensure all accounting entries are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
*You will ensure accurate monthly management accounts are produced in-line with agreed timeframes.
*You will support and work closely with the Finance Business Partner to provide financial information.

Experience/Qualification:
*You will be a qualified accountant.
*You will have previous experience working within the housing sector in particular working within repairs and maintenance.
*You will have recent experience of budgeting, forecasting and critically analysing outputs.
*You will have intermediate knowledge of excel.
*You will have knowledge of payroll.
