Service Care Solutions are currently looking for a Permanent Marker Oversight Manager to join the Adults Social Care Service and lead the overall management of a specific market area, according to one of three thematic industry areas and ensure services commissioned are safe, cost effective and of good quality.

Requirements for the role:

*Lead market engagement, market development and workforce development activity for all providers in a specific thematic area
*Lead/co-ordinate the analysis/evaluation of commissioned services when they are coming up to support future commissioning intentions
*Thorough knowledge of the principles of, and cycle of commissioning
*Thorough knowledge and understanding of (MHLD/OP/PC)
*Experience of managing/supervising staff, including workload allocation, planning and monitoring of delivery
*Ensure that commissioning strategies for the thematic areas are based on operational commissioning intelligence, working closely with the Supplier Relationship Manager and Placement Relationship Officers to ensure all plans are based on market capability.
