Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for new talent to join their ever-growing business. SCS are the 3rd fastest growing, privately owned Recruitment Agency in the UK. We are based in the centre of Preston and specialise in nine different sectors, providing temporary and permanent staff to various organisations nationwide. We supply staff to NHS trusts, local authorities and various other clients across the UK.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to take responsibility for a wide range of marketing duties. As the role is a new one for the business, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the marketing activities for the whole business. This is to be done in line with the marketing strategy and wider company objectives. Reporting to a Head of Division, you will be working in a challenging position in a dynamic work environment.

Marketing Executive Duties:
• Interpreting the marketing strategy and making operational plans to achieve the goals set.
• Responsibility for updating/producing marketing strategies in conjunction with the senior management team and board on an annual basis.
• Continuing innovation in marketing methods to achieve company objectives.
• Monitoring of progression against marketing goals
• Evaluating marketing campaigns and ROI
• Innovating, scoping and proposing new marketing campaigns to the Head of Division/Directors
• Offering advice and guidance to all stakeholders in the business surrounding marketing activities including recruitment consultants and the board
• Monitoring and reporting competitor activity
• Aid the Head of Division with the management of marketing budget
• Contributing to and developing long term marketing plans and strategies in line with SCS Vision, Mission and Values.
• Managing the production of marketing materials including branded contractor packs, loyalty bonus packs and new starter packs etc.
• Liaise with website designers to maintain and develop the SCS website
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of existing advertising streams and suggest new advertising streams which may be more effective/cost efficient
• Produce monthly reports on return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities e.g. cost of new candidate registration, cost per placement, total GP generated by marketing activities, job board effectiveness etc.
• Responsible for maintaining brand standards across all marketing streams
• Promotion and innovation of digital marketing within the business including education and training in order to achieve marketing strategy objectives. Ensuring new content, especially blogs, are published on the website each month and proof reading this material to ensure its appropriateness.

The ideal candidate will have a Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a marketing executive delivering a wide range of tactics from the marketing mix.

• Running and analysing social media campaigns
• An impeccable eye for detail

• Email marketing campaigns
