Job description: Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location of the job: Office based in Manchester, travel required thought North of England
Will expenses be covered? - Yes
Weekly hours: 36
Working hours and breaks: 9:00 - 17:00 (some flexibility will be required)

Our client is looking for Marketing Executive to cover a post on an initial 6-month contract with potential to become permanent. This will be a 360 Marketing project manager role and relates to the sale of New Build/Shared Ownership properties
Extensive travel required for the role including site visits, so candidates will need to be flexible around this with their own transport, mileage paid at 45p per mile.
The responsibilities include:

*Supports the Head of Marketing & Team Support and Marketing Managers on all activity.
*Helps deliver day to day brand development and protection
*Supports individual scheme advertising campaigns and strategies
*Leads on day to day website content updates, social media and digital marketing
*Supports individual site branding and marketing material
*Helps the Marketing Manager with scheme specific design and set up of show homes and sales suites
*Supports sales PR, events and awards
*Day to day updating and reviewing of the lead database of applicants, supporting the sales teams with mail-outs, lead chasing and targeted campaigns. Logging and monitoring lead and viewing rates and conversions
*Works collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders on Group brand, PR, communication and key messaging.
*Work with Development Teams and contractors on show home and sales suite design and spec, access, signage, Health & Safety and insurance.
*Ensures that day to day activity is in line with best practice in marketing and advertising industry and sector regulations and guidelines.
*Supports the sales teams to achieve required sales rates, turnover, and profits.
*Delivers excellent customer service throughout all day to day marketing activities and customer contact.
*Supports on optimising value through commercial marketing strategies
*Close working with the Private Sales and Low Cost Home Ownership Sales teams to drive performance.
*Help with marketing activity reporting on performance including budget monitoring.
*Help with marketing related procurement.
*Support Join Venture marketing strategies.
*Carry out day to day marketing team invoice processing and general admin support for the wider team.

Experience required -

*Experience of supporting marketing campaigns in a property field.
*Some experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants, and agents.
*Experience of supporting the setting up of site sales suites and show homes
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences and first rate proof reading and editing skills.
*Experience of meeting short and longer term deadlines for brand development and marketing material production.
*Experience of digital and social media marketing campaigns.
*Role models solid customer service and has personal integrity and credibility and a proven ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues.
