Job description: Marketing Executive (Property), London Bridge (SE1)
A large London-based Housing Association are recruiting for two Marketing Executives with experience of property marketing to join their team on an initial interim basis until March 2019.

The Role
The focus of this role is to deliver day to day brand development and protection for a Housing Provider by supporting individual scheme advertising campaigns and strategies. In the role, your responsibilities will be to:
*Leads on day to day website content updates, social media and digital marketing
*Supports individual site branding and marketing material
*Helps the Marketing Manager with scheme specific design and set up of show homes and sales suites
*Supports sales PR, events and awards
*Day to day updating and reviewing of the lead database of applicants, supporting the sales teams with mail-outs, lead chasing and targeted campaigns. Logging and monitoring lead and viewing rates and conversions
*Works collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders on Group brand, PR, communication and key messaging.
*Work with Development Teams and contractors on show home and sales suite design and spec, access, signage, Health & Safety and insurance.
*Supports the sales teams to achieve required sales rates, turnover, and profits.
*Delivers excellent customer service throughout all day to day marketing activities and customer contact.
*Supports on optimising value through commercial marketing strategies
*Close working with the Private Sales and Low Cost Home Ownership Sales teams to drive performance.
*Help with marketing activity reporting on performance including budget monitoring.
*Support the Marketing Managers with sales brand development including updating website content

The Candidate
To be considered for the role, it is essential that you have prior experience in a property marketing role, and a marketing qualification is also necessary. You will also require the following skills and experience:
*Some experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants, and agents.
*Experience of supporting the setting up of site sales suites and show homes
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences and first rate proof reading and editing skills.
*Experience of meeting short and longer term deadlines for brand development and marketing material production.
*Experience of digital and social media marketing campaigns.
*Role models solid customer service and has personal integrity and credibility and a proven ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues.

The Contract
*These are temporary vacancies, running until March 2019 at the earliest.
*The roles are full time, working 36 hours per week, 9:00 - 17:15 with one hour lunch.
*Interviews will be held between the 19th and 30th November with a view to starting W/C 3rd December
