Salary: £40,000 - £46,000
Contract type: 12 months fixed term
Weekly hours: Full time 37.5 Hours

Our Client are a large Housing association based in North London and are looking for a Marketing manager on a one year Fixed term contract
The purpose for this role is to develop and deliver marketing strategies and plans in support of the clients development sales and marketing targets and to market development sales and marketing service corporately.

What are the duties in this role?
*To deliver marketing collateral on time and on budget.
*To manage our relationship with suppliers to deliver high quality, branded collateral to meet
The needs of the sales strategies.
*Responsible for managing media and digital marketing campaigns to support the delivery of the national sales program targets.
*Responsible for the delivery of individual bespoke marketing plans, working in collaboration with suppliers and sales colleagues.
*Responsible for the continual development of the client's brand.
*To ensure that all web portals are of an appropriate quality and have content reflective of the current program and up to date at all times.
*To develop and enhance social media presence ensuring use is maximised to support the delivery of the sales program.
*To manage procurement and delivery effectively for marketing projects, taking ownership of budget management.
*To actively contribute to cross-departmental project delivery teams, performance and pipeline meetings to support the delivery of sales schemes.
*To produce ongoing progress reports and final campaign evaluation reports
*To liaise with Local Authority stakeholders, employers and Help to Buy Agent stakeholders to reach high priority target audiences.
*Perform other duties as may be reasonably required by your line manager
*Agree to conduct yourself in line with the general standards of conduct and behaviour as detailed in the Code of Conduct which include awareness of risk, health and safety at work, data protection and embracing the cultural diversity of all colleagues and customers.

Essential criteria
*Experience of delivering effective property marketing to achieve sales targets
*Marketing/digital marketing qualification (to degree level) or related degree qualified (English, media, arts, construction, business)
*Confident and experienced with IT for marketing
*Copy writing skills - writing for a range of audiences
*Publication and print project management experience.
*Ability to travel nationally to support sales delivery.
