Job description: Mental Health Nurse, Band 5

Vacancies working within an inpatient hospital ward setting in Worthing, treating adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

An experienced RMN is needed to join a busy team, working in an inpatient setting with adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis.The role involves assessing, supporting and treating working age adults.

The candidate will work within and contribute to the multidisciplinary team as a key nurse thus ensuring an holistic approach to the health care needs of the patients.

The role is to commence ASAP and the flexible shift patterns available include a combination of early starts and evening work.

The hourly rate for this role is £18-26 p/h

Candidates must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC Pin, and must have previous experience working in with mental health patients.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage their own caseload, and to be able to produce complex care plans that can be used to aid patient recovery. The ability to work autonomously and under pressure is essential.
