Job description: Are you a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse looking for a brand new opportunity?

Temporary pay rate: £25ph

All roles are for an initial 3 month period (likelihood of extension) and are required ASAP!

ROLE 1: Band 6 CPN
*Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
*Team: Community Recovery Service
*Responsibilities: CPA Care coordination, risk assessment and management, Liaisons with MDT and partner agencies, ability to develop positive working relationships.
*Skills: The candidate will need to have experience of managing a caseload of approximately 26 service users with complex health and social care needs.
*Location: Walthamstow

ROLE 2: Band 6 CPN
*Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
*Team: CAMHS
*Responsibilities: Highly experience CAMHS nurse to work on out tier three CAMHS caseload, managing new referrals, risk assessing and offering urgent appointments for those at risk offering outreach support to those needing complex care.
*Skills: 4 YEARS MINIMUM CAMHS experience.
*Location: Walthamstow

ROLE 3: Band 6 CPN
*Hours: Shifts covering a 37.5 hour period
*Team: Home Treatment Team
*Responsibilities: Carrying out Mental Health and risk assessments of acutely unwell patients who present in crisis. Medication management and coordinating shifts. Supervising junior staff. Liaisons with other professionals and facilitating discharges. Home visit to patient's home and health facilities.
*Skills: NMC registration, at least 2 years' experience as a band 6 Nurse working in the community with people suffering from acute mental health challenges, Mental State and risk assessment skills. Ability to draft crisis care plans. Good clinical recording skills using IT, MDT working experience.
*Location: Ilford

ROLE 4: Band 6 CPN
*Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
*Team: Access and Assessment
*Responsibilities: Delivering a Range of evidence based interventions which will promote recovery, social inclusion and normalisation. Providing recovery focused multidisciplinary assessment for people that meet the service criteria.
*Skill: Mental Health Nurse with a live NMC registration, at least 2 years post qualifying experience working with mental health clients, highly presentable with strong communication and People skills.
*Location: Romford

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared for all positions advertised and have previous experience in the field.
