Job description: There is an exciting new vacancies for a Community Mental Health Practitioner in Blackpool.

The roles involve working with adults in the community from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

The contract is initially 6-week temporary, commencing ASAP.

Salary: Temporary pay rate £17-23ph depending on banding and experience (Ltd)

Main Duties: The CPN roles are dedicated to providing support to service users with various psychological difficulties. The roles involve working in a multi-disciplinary team in order to correctly perform mental health assessments and provide the suitable options of treatment.

The practitioners must be dedicated to their roles in order to provide consistent care and monitor the service users progress. They must also be able to conduct care plans, perform risk assessments and manage their own caseload.

These are community based roles, therefore, the successful candidate would be required to travel between services, schools and patient's homes.

Person Specification: The applicant must be NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or HCPC Registered Social Worker.

The applicant would also need a driving licence and car suitable for business use.
Previous experience in a similar service is essential.
