Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for experienced Learning Disability support workers in High Wycombe. We have shifts available in a small secure inpatient service in High Wycombe with a mix of nights and days going either on a part time or full time basis. We are looking for candidates that are committed to helping individuals on their road to recovery, to work alongside a passionate and very experienced team in the mental health and learning disability sector.

The ideal candidates will have:

*seek to develop supportive and collaborative partnerships with service users
*demonstrate a commitment to own learning and development
*be a flexible team player and make a valuable contribution to the lives of service users
*always safeguard service users from harm and is not afraid to blow the whistle on poor practice
*never accept 'good enough' and always look for ways to improve quality and become the best
*be passionate about and have experience of mental health recovery


Essential skills:

* Good communication skills
* Ability to work flexibility
* Basic Literacy skills
* Motivation and initiative
* Some appreciation of Mental Health problems.
