Job description: My client, a Local Council in South East London, is currently looking for an MI Analyst to join the company on a 6 month initial contract basis with extension a possibility.


Within the role of MI Analyst, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring the Customer Service reporting suite is maintained, accurate and up to date.
* Work with Customer Service managers, to specify and co-ordinate production of performance related data including interpretation and analysis of the data.
* Support Operational Managers in their line management duties through the provision of relevant and accurate management information reports in a timely manner.
* Undertake detailed analysis of management information reports produced, including accurate forecasting, highlighting and raising awareness of trends


Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

* Advance skills of Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of working with pivot tables and writing/amending macros.
* Ability to extract data from system applications,
* Ability to export file to csv and other formats.
* Data integrity checks to confirm the accuracy of data models/reports.
* Ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks within deadlines.
