Job description: Minute Taker - Leicester
An organisation review within a local authority has led to the requirement for an experienced minute-taker to take notes in consultation meetings between staff members, unions and the authority, in Leicester.

The Role
In this position you will be required to take minutes at various meetings between staff members, Unions and representatives of the Local Authority; these notes will then need to be uploaded on the Authority's Interface.
In the role you will also be tracking various questions that will be generated from staff and ensuring the receive responses.
Further support will include tracking Business Cases involving 40 posts and any other tasks required mainly for the Divisional Review.
It is stressed that everything discussed within this role is highly confidential and must be kept so.

The Candidate
In this role you will require strong experience of minute-taking, and a strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality. You will also need to be a capable, IT literate, administrator to assist in any additional tasks required, such as uploading the documents to the system and tracking questions / responses.

The Contract
This is a 3-month contract with potential to be extended, depending on the length of the consultation period.
