Job description: MISSING PERSONS COORDINATOR | CHILDRENS SERVICES | LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD COUNCIL

Service Care Solutions are currently looking for a Missing Persons coordinator to join Enfield Children's Social Services on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will ensure that theresponse to young people who go missing from home and care across London Borough of Enfield is appropriate and protective for both young people for whom we are the corporate parent and for young people newly referred to services.


PAY RATES - £26 LTD per day (negotiable depending on experience)

Requirements for the role:

*To represent the London Borough of Enfield in the multi-agency, problem
solving approaches to young / vulnerable frequently missing people.
*Undertake Return Home Interviews (RHIs) for missing & vulnerable children & young people across Enfield, to include 1-2-1 sessions with the Top Ten most Vulnerable Young People in the borough
*Assess young people's needs and work together with colleagues to design support plans and risk assessments which promote their increased wellbeing and reduce risk of missing.
*A knowledge of local and national legislation or guidance in relation to children and young people who go missing
*Experience of having worked with children and young people who have gone missing
