Job description: Role: Neighbourhood Team Leader
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term
Location: South London
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000

A Housing Association based in South London are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Team Leader on a 6-month Fixed Term contract. The Neighbourhood Team Leader will manage 4 Neighbourhood Officers and 1 Supported Neighbourhood Officer and will be tasked with monitoring team workloads and performance, managing complex ASB cases and ensuring a positive customer experience

The Role:
The successful candidate will be expected to;

*Manage, coach and nurture a high-performing and motivated neighbourhood team

*Use data and information to understand trends, gaps and major issues and ensure appropriate action is taken by the team

*Work collaboratively with the Customer Services Team to ensure systems and processes are in place to deliver a positive customer experience

*Lead on the management of the Estate Services Contract to ensure value for money and best practice is delivered

*Ensure anti-social behaviour, and other tenancy management cases are proactively managed

*Undertake management reviews in respect of escalated complaints ensuring issues are resolved quickly and lessons learnt are identified and used to drive service improvements

*Ensure effective involvement and engagement of residents in evaluation of current and design of future services

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must have;

*Degree or equivalent experience

*Knowledge of housing law, the regulatory framework and good practice with regards to tenancy management

*Chartered Institute of Housing qualification - minimum level 3 Certificate in Housing

*Front line experience in Tenancy or Mixed Tenure management with proven track record of delivering against targets and KPIs

*The ability to monitor team workloads and performance against corporate target and service standards, reviewing and addressing any areas of underperformance

*Proven experience of managing a budget

*Experience of improving and developing ways to measure resident satisfaction that results in positive outcomes for the organisation and residents

*Good IT skills and competent with office applications and housing management systems
