Job description: Service Care Legal are currently recruiting for a new position for a leading law firm for their South London office. They are looking for a New Build Lawyer to join their team, where there is training and development opportunities available to progress your legal career.

ROLE: New Build Lawyer
PQE:Minimum 2 years'+
LOCATION: Bromley
SALARY: £35,000 to £50,000 DOE

The Role

*To manage a number of full New Builds caseloads from inception through to completion
*To ensure that the correct warranties for the building of the properties are in place
*To advise clients on the government's 'Help to Buy' scheme
*To advise more junior members of staff with current legislative knowledge
*Reporting directly in to the Head of Property, and working alongside a support team

The Person

*A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year PQE
*Someone who has specific knowledge of how the Help to Buy funding works
*Someone who has previous worked specifically on New Build Matters
*An educational background in the legal sector is highly desirable
