Job description: Job Title - Administrator
Location - Borehamwood
Hours - Monday - Friday 9-5
Salary - £12 PH LTD
Contract - 3 Months Ongoing.

An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful Administration team within an NHS service in Borehamwood. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually. The role of an administrator has many duties, which will include:
*To provide an accurate, prompt and efficient administrative support to the team
*To maintain an effective filing system allowing easy document retrieval.
*Taking a high number of telephone calls and dealing with queries effectively and efficiently
*Preparing for Clinics
*Making Appointments
*Audio Typing
*Copy Typing
*To produce and maintain spreadsheets
*Photocopying
*Other general ad hoc administrative duties

Person Specification:
*RSA 3 Word Processing Qualification
*Confident phone manner
*Microsoft Office experience
*Excellent time keeping skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Intermediate skills of data inputting and audio typing
