Job description: An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful administration team within an NHS service in Colchester. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually. You will be working as part of the administration team, and your role will be to assist the team with processing data, organising data and inputting data into the database.

Job Title - Band 3 Administrator
Location - Colchester
Hours - 5 days a week, 37.5 hours
Contract - 3 Months Ongoing.

Key skills required:
Microsoft Office Experience
Data Inputting
Typing of letters and other correspondence
Excellent Telephone Manner
Appointments
Referrals
Taking phone calls
Reception Duties when required
Other general ad hoc administrative duties
