Job description: Job Title - Band 3 Single Point of Contact Administrator
Location - Norwich
Hours - 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary - £10.50 PH LTD
Contract - 3 Months Ongoing.

An opportunity has arisen for a well organised and motivated individual to join the friendly and helpful Single Point of Contact Administration team within an NHS service in Norwich. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time keeping skills, and will be comfortable working both as part of a team, and also working individually. The role of a Single Point of Contact administrator has many duties, which will include:

*To maintain an effective filing system allowing easy document retrieval.
*Answering high volume of calls
*Audio Typing
*Copy Typing
*To produce and maintain spreadsheets
*Other general ad hoc administrative duties

Person Specification:
*RSA 3 Word Processing Qualification
*Previous NHS experience
*Experience of working in a Contact centre environment
*Excellent Keyboard Skills
*Working over a 7 day week between the hours of 7.30 and 18.00
*Confident phone manner
*Microsoft Office experience
*Excellent time keeping skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*SystmOne experience would be helpful
*Intermediate skills of data inputting and audio typing
