Job description: We are currently looking for a Nursery Cook to join Bow Nursery Centre in Bow, Tower Hamlets.

The contract length is a 3 month temporary contract, starting preferably October 4, working 36.15 hours over Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays and nursery closure dates).


The hourly pay rate for this role is £12 per hour.


About you:

-Worked with Children with Special needs
-Knowledge of COSHH and Basic Food Hygiene regulations or willing to undertake training
-Adequate standard of literacy and numeracy
-Satisfactory clearance of DBS check

About the role:

-To provide a high standard of meal preparation and presentation in the area of the service in which you work.
-Working to prescribed menus
-Responding flexibly in times of need to complete tasks in areas of the service other than your own
-Ordering, collection and recording of foods from the central stores as required
